A Brief History of Our Church

The Gardiner Reformed Church was organized on December 30,1890. The Church is a member congregation of the Reformed Church in America (R.C.A).  R.C.A. is the oldest Protestant denomination in North America with a continuous ministry.

Our sanctuary was originally built in1892 and was remodeled/expanded to its present size in 1926.

Our facilities were further expanded in 1962 with the completion of the Christian Education Building.

Our
congregation is a part of a small town community located in the Mid-Hudson Valley at the foot of the Shawangunk Mountains (approximately 70 miles north of New York City).
